UnitingCare Health fundraises to provide students with bursaries to help pay for their tuition, accommodation and meals at the Helena Goldie College of Nursing, which costs around $3,000 per student. In addition to these bursaries, UnitingCare Health also fundraises to prrovide lifesaving equipment and resources to the Helena Goldie Hospital in Munda.
UnitingCare Health hospital’s, St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital, The Wesley Hospital, Buderim Private Hospital and St Stephen’s Hospital, are now in the fifth year of supporting the project.
The Helena Goldie Project is a UnitingCare Health initiative, along with partner UnitingWorld.
